7th Feb 2016
It's Safer Internet Week 2016 - 'Play your part for a better internet!'

Coordinated in the UK by the UK Safer Internet Centre, the celebration sees hundreds of organisations get involved to help promote the safe, responsible and positive use of digital technology for children and young people. Last year over 850 supporters helped to collectively reach 1 in 4 UK children – an incredible reach for a one-day campaign.

This year in St. Mary's High School there are various E-Safety Activities throughout many subject areas. The PSNI will be in to talk to the Junior and Senior schools about their E-Safety also.

How do you think you would deal with certain online dilemmas? Why not try the Safer Internet Day Quiz.

There is a lot of new advice pages for young people on the Safer Internet Website Pages, for 3-11, 11-18 and for parents and carers.

Why not Spread the word ? Get involved in the #shareaheart  social media campaign.

Let's make the internet a safer place for everyone.
