PSNI visit to give KS3 a talk on E-Safety

The PSNI came in to talk to KS3 pupils about E-Safety and how to keep themselves safe when online.

E-Safety is very important to us, here in St. Mary's. We want every student in our school to continue to enjoy using technology without putting themselves at risk. Many of our students, don't realise how quickly they can find themselves in a difficult situation by putting their personal details and personal photos online.

We are dedicated to ensuring all our students know how to;

  • keep themselves safe online
  • know what to do when things go wrong
  • know who to contact for help, advice or support

We can give this advice but we need the help and support of our Parents/Guardians to ensure that we what are advising is put into practice.

For further information please view our dedicated E-Safety Page on this website.
