“9LC – I get by a little help from my friends”

“What would you think if I sang out of tune Would you stand up and walk out on me?

Lend me your ears and I'll sing you a song And I'll try not to sing out of key

Oh I get by with a little help from my friends

Mm I get high with a little help from my friends

Mm gonna try with a little help from my friends

What do I do when my love is away? (Does it worry you to be alone?)

How do I feel by the end of the day? (Are you sad because you're on your own?)

No I get by with a little help from my friends

Mm I get high with a little help from my friends

Mm gonna try with a little help from my friends”

9LC  once again did themselves proud and showed just how thoughtful they are.  Recently the students along with their form teacher Miss Curran decided that a chair should be designed to ensure that all students especially in Year 8 felt that they always had a “buddy”. The students worked on the chair during form time.  This process led to many others things being discussed such as the meaning of friendship and in the words of 9LC “ Respect, love, care, kind, thoughtfulness etc.” . These are just some of the things that came to mind.  The students and Miss Curran would like to thank the Art Department for their support.
