School Sports Day, Friday 26th May 2023
As you are aware plans are in place for our annual KS3 Sports Day. We would be grateful if you would please ensure that your daughter comes into school in her PE gear. All KS3 students are expected to attend school on Sports Day.
Students are required to wear clothing that is suitable for cool and windy conditions at the all-weather pitch. In the event of strong sunshine students should bring a hat, sun cream and lots of water. Students are reminded that they should not wear jewellery while participating in any sporting event.
From a Child Protection perspective, no student should take photographs or videos of any activities. Students will be requested to leave their mobile phones in the classroom as they will not be permitted on the all-weather pitch.
We know that both students and staff are looking forward to what will be a very enjoyable day.
Students need to bring their books and equipment for the normal timetable classes for Friday in the event of inclement weather.
