Year 9 Made for More NI

Made for More NI facilitated a workshop for Year 9 recently. The focus was on mental health. The key messages of the day were that we are all valued, and we matter. The workshop focused on giving the students tools to deal with anxiety and stress. They were also encouraged to actively speak about their mental health and be there to help others also. 

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
